For orders shipped using Standard Shipping, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery once your order has left our facility and has been accepted by the carrier. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of coffee, we encourage prompt review of your order upon delivery.
If you receive your coffee order (including green coffee beans) and are unsatisfied with its quality for any reason, you must contact us within seven (14) days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
