Organic/Fair Trade Guatemala Nahualá! A very bright, sweet, and wonderfully-balanced coffee grown by the 126 family Nahualá cooperative in southwestern Guatemala. Roasted between City and City+, it’s got plenty of the complexity and intensity one looks for in a good Guatemala: honeyish sweetness with light body, tangy stonefruit brightness, and a long, hazelnut finish.
